Builders generally aren’t under any obligation to make the area clean and spotlessly tidy. They will usually do their best to maintain tidiness of their workspace to make their environment more safe and efficient – it also allows them to pack up more quickly once the job is done.
Often builders will be responsible for large bits of debris such as leftover wood and metal, but for the rest of the cleanup that’s where professional cleaning services come in.
Builder’s won’t clean, dust, wipe and sanitise your space like we will, so if you want a beautifully fresh space once after the builders are done with their construction, get in touch with us!
Absolutley not! For most of our construction clean-up jobs the client meets us just before we start work to have a final briefing, ask any questions and provide us with access keys to the property, but other than that all of the hard work is down to us.

We use eco-friendly cleaning supplies. There are three main reasons we use these:
- It keeps you, your family and your pets safer from any harsher chemicals that might accidentally come into contact with after cleaning.
- As they are more gentle chemicals they won’t damage or degrade any surfaces they are used on.
- It’s better for the environment!
Yes, and no.
Whilst our exceptionally high standards are maintained regardless of what type of cleaning we are doing, and we provide a very similar service, there are some slight differences between a general clean and a builders clean.
Often with builders cleaning there is more debris, potential contamination and things like plaster splatter and sawdust which might take more elbow grease and time to clean and tidy.
